How it works

CIIC places IT professionals with HKSAR Government departments under the T-Contractor (TCON) programme. The positions on this site are the departments' current openings, refreshed every morning.

1. Find a position

Filter by role, skills, department and your years of IT experience. Each position shows the essential and preferred skills the department asks for.

2. Apply online

Sign in with your email address – we send you a one-time code, no password needed. The form has eight short steps that match what the department needs. Your answers save as you go.

You'll need a copy of your HKID card and a proof document for each qualification and job. If you don't have one to hand, tick "To be provided" and upload it later from My applications.

3. Consultant review

A CIIC consultant checks your application. If anything needs changing, they return it to you with comments; you update it and resubmit with the same Application ID.

4. Submission to the department

Once verified, your consultant submits your CV to the department and you'll see the update in My applications. Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview by the department.
