About the project

The CSA position is responsible for the implementation of Departmental Portal revamp, which involves re-design of UI/UX and adoption of AI technology, and provide support for the subsequent maintenance. The Departmental Portal serves as an integrated platform for commonly accessed in-house and web-based cross-domain departmental business applications/systems, which include a number of Government-to-Government, Government-to-Employee applications/systems.

Duties

(T26) - Provide technical support for the implementation of Departmental Portal revamp, including UI/UX design, setup of AI service, system programming, configuration and testing. - Provide subsequent maintenance support for underlying system software and servers of Departmental Portal in development, testing and production environments. - Liaise and coordinate with business users, IT teams and stakeholders for completing the above duties.

Other requirements

The proposed candidate must have: - Strong relevant technical background and practical system support experience on Web (Internet and Intranet) based systems/applications; - Solid experience on Departmental Portal Programme by using the Departmental Portal Hosting Services (DPHS) and Liferay Portal; - Technical experience on development of AI-powered site search or AI assistant. The proposed candidate should preferably have: - Experience on application development with Government standards and guidelines.
