About the project
Provide implementation (including network upgrade/revamp) and on-going support to the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) network
Duties
(T26) - provide on-going support to HA network including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, management and monitoring various network devices and services (e.g. network switch/router, VPN, WiFi and NAC system); - assist in procurement, monitoring and management of outsourced contractors in network support and implementation; - provide technical advice to supervisor and management on matters relating to HA network; and - perform support tasks as designated by the supervisor.
Other requirements
- at least five years of proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty, i.e. implementation or on-going support of physical network, Local Area Network or Wide Area Network infrastructure; and - hands-on experience in technical support on network devices and services (e.g. network switch/router, VPN, WiFi and NAC system)
